Please place your order online, and wait for our email notification for further instructions when it is ready to be collected. Usually your order will be ready for collection with 12 hours (during working day, excluding any weekend of public holiday).

General Policy

Products can be returned within 15 days return/refund period (after order arrived), but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.

For personal hygiene purposes, merchandise categorises under toiletries, underwear (inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding, feeding items (unless faulty) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Cash refund are NOT allowed unless due to faulty products. All refund will be issued via store credit with 1 year validity.

We reserves the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn't meet above conditions.
